Set up color coded "Drop Spots" that will download images to any folder on your computer. Then, just find some pictures on the Internet, and Drag-N-Drop them onto the "Drop Spot"
When you Drag-N-Drop an image onto a 'Drop Spot', it is automatically downloaded, grouped, named, and indexed. Since the images are automatically grouped and indexed, they are all ready in order for your image viewer's Slideshow function.
